"I needed to obtain a Special Event Endorsement for a Birthday Celebration at a local Museum. I contacted Julia Topolt's Office (my local State Farm Agent) to request this Endorsement. "I've been insured by State Farm since 2008. When the underwriters had my older home inspected this year, a few issues arose that made the underwriters unhappy. Once those issues were resolved, Susan took the initiative to communicate directly between my contractor and the underwriters so that I didn't have to be the middleman and so that my policy was renewed on time.
