"I've been insured by State Farm since 2008. When the underwriters had my older home inspected this year, a few issues arose that made the underwriters unhappy. Once those issues were resolved, Susan took the initiative to communicate directly between my contractor and the underwriters so that I didn't have to be the middleman and so that my policy was renewed on time.
