"I would like to share a visit with Sarah Merrick, the State Farm agent working in the Vandenberg Village office, last Thursday afternoon. I have a history of working closely with that office's long-time agent, Mark Jackson, and have come to expect excellent service when I visit the office. My interaction with Sarah was no exception. In addition to dropping off my monthly premium payment, I wanted to make several adjustments to the auto policy, covering two vehicles. Sarah took her time, answered all my questions, and offered cost savings where appropriate.
