"My husband and I have been with Julia Tipolt State Farm for many years and as our age qualified us for Medicare and State Farm’s Supplemental plans to Medicare, Julia and Lisa kept us on track and explained what would work best for us, which we have always appreciated. They have always taken great care of us. Just today, I had a question about billing and was going to go through the loop with the dermatologist’s office that I felt was Incorrectly charging me but decided to call Julia Tipolt State Farm instead. Ashley answered the phone at their Solvang office and resolved my questions very professionally, thoroughly — and so quickly! Really happy I made that choice and so pleased that Ashley answered the phone. It was quite apparent that she had a smile on her face as well! Thank you, Ashley!"

"I met with Bella Callahan, who is part of Julia Tipolt's local State Farm team. In advance, Bella had to do some deep dive research on a specific insurance nuance for a rental property. She was able to summarize the issues in a very succinct manner, and answer my many questions. We also examined fire insurance options that best meet our requirements.
